Thoughts on the day:
After breakfast I took my kids for a walk and then to the to the park I walked, ran, and played for nearly two hours. I began to feel sick and almost threw up twice. When I got home I cheated a little on the diet because I was feeling weak. I ate a small tin of tuna. I know that I probably felt this way because I ate so little yesterday. I will make more of an effort to meet the caloric guidelines to avoid this again.
