Thoughts on the day: | |||||||
Today was totally hectic. I had my pre-op appointments today and was really off my schedule. I didn’t get in my exercise or all my vitamins. I was at the doctors from about 1:30pm until nearly 5:00pm. I did bring my water with me and some protein shakes but I did not drink any protein while I was out. I was very hungry when I got home. I bought a new protein while at the doctor so I tried that for dinner. It was okay but not great. I had a hard time trying to get it all down. My mom made me a hamburger, just meat and cheese and I ate it. I know I'm not supposed to but I did. I needed to chew something. | |||||||
