Thoughts on the day:
Today was a rough day. I had a lot to do today and I was hungry all day long. No matter what I ate today I was still hungry. It was very difficult. I didn’t get my typical exercise today but I was very active. I started packing for my trip and had to move a lot of boxes and heavy stuff. I was exhausted at the end of the day and went to bed very hungry. It was not a good day for me.
