Thoughts for the Day:
Today has been good so far. I woke up feeling pretty good. I had a protein shake and then took my kids for a walk. We then went to the playground and I chased my 2 year old around for nearly and hour. It was really great to spend some quality time with her doing something active. She really seemed to enjoy it. I think we will go again tomorrow as long as the weather is nice. I wasn't really hungry and didn't feel like eating anything most of the day. I was short on my protein so I drank another shake before bedtime. I drank more that 64oz of water today so I thought that was great. I starting putting Crystal Light in it, I found a flavor that I like, Peach so it makes it much easier. I know that I didn't get enough calories today but I'm not really sure what else to eat. Feeling pretty good.

Thoughts for the Day:
Today was not a good day. I had a terrible headache and felt poorly all day. I had a lot of things to do and was away from the house for most of the day which threw off my eating. I eventually got home and made some soup but it did not appeal to me so I just had a protein shake instead. I walked around Wal-Mart for nearly an hour and half while waiting on my car to get the oil changed for my exercise.

Thoughts for the Day:
I did not sleep well at all last night. I woke up feeling sick to my stomach and had terrible heart burn. I'm extremely tired and feel slightly hazy. So far not a great day. I felt better after being up for a little while and I managed to be really active. I was able to clean the whole house, get some laundry done, and workout. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and burned 217 calories. I'm pretty tired still but feel accomplished today. The evening went pretty well. I had a hard time making dinner for my family and not being able to eat it. I managed to get through but it made me really hungry before bed.
